Large Himalayan Salt Lamp 6–8kg

This is one of the chunkier salt lamps in the range. It weighs between 6kg and 8kg and is usually around 22–25cm tall, so it has a bit more presence than the smaller table lamps without being one of the really huge sizes.

The lamp sits on a solid wooden base which keeps the bottom level and gives the salt a sturdy footing. A cable and bulb are included too, so you won't need to buy those separately before setting it up.

A Decent Size Without Going Huge

This lamp weighs at 5-7kg and is big enough to stand out.

It could go on a solid side table, cabinet or other piece of furniture with enough room for the base. The weight is worth keeping in mind. This isn't the sort of lamp I would put on a thin or lightweight shelf.

The height is roughly 22–25 cm, but that can vary a little between pieces.

Once the Light Is On

Switch the lamp on and the light comes through the salt around the bulb. Some parts may look brighter, while thicker areas can stay a deeper orange.

The finished look will depend on the particular piece of salt. One lamp might be fairly pale while another has darker areas running through it.
