Pyramid Himalayan Salt Lamp
A pyramid salt lamp has a very different look from the usual rough-cut salt lamps.
Instead of keeping the natural rock shape, the salt is cut into flat sides with a pointed top. That gives it a much cleaner outline and makes the shape stand out straight away.
It can work well if you like things that look a bit more structured or geometric rather than completely natural and uneven.
The salt itself will still vary though.
Some pieces may be lighter while others have darker pink or orange areas through them. You may also see small lines or marks in the surface.
The shape becomes more noticeable and the light comes through the salt in different ways once the lamp is switched on. Some parts of the lamp will let more light through than others. The colour is not always even all the way round.
The pyramid shape is easy enough to fit on a shelf, side table or cabinet if you have the space for it.
