Egg Himalayan Salt Lamp
This Himalayan salt lamp has been shaped into an egg and polished across the outside. It has a much smoother finish than the usual rough-cut lamps.
The lamp runs from USB. You can plug it into a suitable port on a laptop, computer or USB adaptor.
Colour-Changing Light
The light inside changes colour automatically while the lamp is switched on.
Because the outside has been polished, the different colours show through the smooth surface in a slightly different way from a rough salt lamp. Some shades may make the salt look much warmer while others bring out the paler parts.
Even with the light off, the egg shape still has quite a finished look and works well as a small decorative piece.
Each lamp is made from natural salt, so the colour will vary. You may see pale pink areas, stronger orange sections or natural marks running through the piece.
It is best kept somewhere steady and away from the edge of a desk or table.
